Here is the timetable of classes for September.
The first class is Yoga+ on 1 September at 9:30am. However, there will not be a Yoga+ on 8 September.
Chair Yoga will be back on Monday 4 September, at 10:15am and Gentle on Wednesday 6 September at 9:40am.
You can drop in and pay-as-you-go. However, do bear in mind the significant discount that you get by buying monthly class passes.
